From Italy

1. Canederli (Bread Balls) - made with fresh sausages, Italian parsley, parmesan and bread and served in a fine chicken broth.

2. Fettuccine con Luganena, Funghi e Erbe Aromatiche (Fettuccine with Sausage, Mushrooms and Herbs). An aromatic pasta dish with sweet basil, fresh oregano, fresh parsley and fresh rosemary.

3. Uova Ripiene con Acciughe (Stuffed Eggs with Anchovies)

From India

1. Kolmi No Patio aka Maharaja Prawns (Prawns in Tamarind Sauce)

2. Mashyachi Amti (Fish and Green Mango Curry)

3. Railway Lamb Curry - A historical recipe that harkens to the days of the British Raj and the fare served on the great Indian Railways.

Dinner is served with Fragrant Basmati rice, appetisers of chutneys and relishes.

Dessert: Relish Flourless Chocolate Cake with Rum(mmm-mmm)
