1 Butter Crab – Chef Chris’ delicious recipe complete with succulent crabs in flavourful butter and ‘secret ingredients”.

3 Sodhi – a delightful surprising dish of cold-pressed fresh coconut milk slow cooked with spices, and tomatoes in an Indian claypot.
4 Lamb Tagine – A Moroccan sweet and savoury dish cooked with fruit – figs, dates, prunes, apricots and the many toned raz-al-hanout spice mix has 25 different spices! A truly unique flavor with succulent bite-size lamb pieces.
