Rogan Josh hails from Kashmir, marinated in yoghurt and saffron and slow braised in a gravy

infused with aromatic spices. Out of this world.

Apricot Chicken is native to the Parsi community in Mumbai. Slightly sweet with sour overtones.

The chicken is tender after simmering in a sauce of red onions, ginger, garlic and… infused with

a blend of hand ground aromatic spices.

Cashew Fried Rice

Long grained basmati rice stir-fried with fresh coriander, chillies, bay leaves…cashew nuts.

Fluffy, crunchy, aromatic. Soooo good you could eat it on its own!
