Creole cuisine blends French, Spanish, West African, Haitian, Italian and Irish influences. All ways of cooking and sexy seasonings – stewing, griddling, baking, smothering, grilling, add bay leaves, oregano, Cayenne pepper, celery, garlic, bell peppers blend with layered Cayenne, paprika and pepper sauces ..a truly must-try cuisine. The Dance Guru:

Sinclair Ang, founder of Jazz Inc, a collective championing authentic jazz dancing through classes and performances, has himself performed internationally. He is inspired to share on the history and evolution of these dances and their music forms. As a vocalist, he leads jazz bands that perform for lindy hoppers.
