MENU: 12 HEAVENLY DISHES

1. Coffee Rubbed Lamb

Succulent lamb dry rubbed with the finest ground coffee and slow roasted to

tender perfection.

2. Rendang Shepherd’s Pie

East meets West in this favourite from both sides of the world.

3. Turkey Meatballs with Orange Glaze.

Gobble these tender zesty bits down with mulled wine and Yuletide cheer.

4. Relish Christmas Turkey

Perfectly brined bird with Relish’s secret stuffing. Think turkey is dry and

boring? Wait till you taste this.

5. Relish Home-cured Ham with Cherries and Port

We make our ham from scratch. Cured with a generous selection of aromatic

spices, it’s then cooked and finally glazed with the finest Port and Cherries.

6. Relish Gumbo

We know the dark secrets of the Roux.  Oysters, prawns crabs make up this

irresistible concoction fit for the bayou.

7. Relish Ginger and Cranberry Duck

A signature dish created in-house with the mallard hater in mind. Cleverly

seasoned and cooked in a variety of spices and herbs, the odiferous flesh is

transformed into a piquant and umami-laden delight that will have you

hankering for more.

8. Pasta Milanese

Nope. It’s not from Milan. It’s actually a dish from New Orleans that originated

with the Sicilian immigrants. Confused? Come try it. We guarantee that it’s

unlike any pasta dish you've tasted before.

9. Chicken in Cognac sauce

Cognac just makes everything taste better. Chicken included.

10. Relish Home Made Hummus. 

It's Hummus only when it’s freshly made with the best ingredients.

11. Sharon’s Slow Roasted Vegetables

Who’s Sharon? She’s our secret weapon.

12. Dessert: Relish Tiramisu

With extra generous dollops of Mascarpone and Kahlua. Enough said.

And Wine too! 2 glasses red or white per guest.
