The sultry busker Florence Leung sings acoustic, jazz and pop songs. Her beautiful voice is both powerful and tender. 3. Relish “Huat Ah!” Butter Crab. Fresh succulent mud crabs stir fried in a secret butter sauce.

4. Relish Good Joss Soya Chicken. A family recipe handed down from Rose’s mum. Old school flavours when good food was not luxury.

5. Relish Abundance Steamed Fish. Fresh from the tank Fish Steamed Hong Kong style

6. Relish Lucky XO Duck Salted Vegetables soup. Double Boiled Duck and Mustard Greens garnished with Cognac. A concoction fit for the fortunate.

7. Relish Serendipity Stir Fry. A medley of vegetables stir fried with real “Wok Hei”. Crunchy, tasty and full of Umame.

8. Relish Fortunate Fish Head Curry. Singapore style fish head curry with an abundance of ingredients.
